There are diverse occupations on earth today. The real estate consultant or realtor is one of them and it is a noble profession. It is noble because there's hardly anything we could do without the use of real estate (land). 

Our worship centers are built on land, educational institutions are built on land, business transactions are carried out on land, crops are grown on land, animals are reared on land, and even human corpses are buried on land. Land! Land!! Land!!!

On the other hand, realtors are globally recognized by the government as valuable contributors to the vocational ecosystem. Yet there are instances where some clients still find it difficult to accord realtors their entitlements for their meritorious service as at when due in this clime. 

It is no longer news that Realtors charge 10% for their real estate service. For instance, a person buys property in his or her name worth millions without hassles yet when it is time to pay the Realtor his or her due, that's when we hear comments such as, "Country hard", "You know there's no money now", "times are hard, please manage that", etc. 

Excuse me? It is the person's career, not some charity gesture. I am glad that real estate organizations have been able to achieve their bit to correct this menace.
